Watermelon Mojito Kombucha
Serves: 2
Ingredients
- 10+ Mint leaves, stems removed
- 3/4 cup Watermelon, seeds removed
- 1 Lime quartered in wedges
- 12 oz. (350ml) Curate Kombucha -either passionfruit or original flavours
- 4 oz. (115ml) sparkling water
- 1 tbsp Coconut Sugar or any other Sugar/substitute of your choice
- 1 cup ice
- Garnish with watermelon slice, mint leaves (optional)
Instructions
- Divide the mint leaves between two tall glasses. Squeeze 1 wedge of lime & add the other wedge into each glass with the mint leaves.
- Add the watermelon (make sure the seeds are removed thoroughly!) chunks whole or blend them in a food processor & strain to get watermelon juice into the two glasses in equal proportions.
- Now muddle the mint leaves, lime wedge & lime juice, watermelon chunks or juice together well. Add ½ tbsp of sugar or more (your choice of how sweet you would like it) into each glass & continue muddling till the sugar has fully dissolved.
- Pour your favourite Curate Kombucha into each glass to add that perfect blend of acidity & tartness to the mix.
- Add the desired amount of ice
- Top up with sparkling water & sip for that much needed burst of freshness & flavour!

Peachy Passion Iced Kombucha
Serves: 2
Ingredients
- 12oz. (350ml) of Curate Kombucha - Osmanthus Oolong
- 1 small fully ripe peach
- 4 twigs of Thyme
- 1 cup ice (or as desired)
- Maple syrup / Agave syrup / Date syrup or your choice of sweetener
- A dash of lemon juice
Instructions
- Place one full twig of thyme in each glass as a decorative element. From the second twig, carefully remove the small leaves from the woody stem & place them in each glass.
- Wash & peel your peach, remove the seed & cut into slices. Ensure to get a fully ripe peach for this recipe for the right amount of required sweetness. If they are not in season, opt for canned peaches instead. Put 2-3 slices into each glass.
- Fill the glass up with 150ml of Curate Oolong Kombucha
- Stir & taste. If you’d like to, sweeten the drink a bit more with a syrup of your choice - maple, agave, dates or even simply the sweetened juice from the peach can.
- Place your drink glasses with this mixture in the refrigerator for at least an hour to let the flavours steep into the mixture.
- Fill up the glasses with ice cubes, add a dash of lemon juice to brighten, stir & serve!

Summer Lemon & Ginger Kombucha
Serves: 2
Ingredients
- 12 oz. (350ml) Curate Passionfruit Kombucha
- 2 oz. (60ml) lemon juice
- 1 Lemon, sliced in rounds
- 1 inch of ginger, sliced very thinly or 1 tbsp of ginger juice.
- 3-4 twigs rosemary
- Granulated sugar to coat the rim of your glass
- 1 tbsp honey, or a sweetener of your choice
- 1 cup ice
- Garnish with lemon slice, rosemary leaves (optional)
Instructions
- Crush some rosemary leaves & mix with the granulated sugar on a plate. Take your glass, rub a bit of your lemon on the rim & coat with the rosemary granulated sugar mixture
- Place 2-3 lemon rounds in each glass. Add 1 oz. of lemon juice in each glass
- Add 1 tsp of your chopped ginger or ½ a tbsp of ginger juice into each glass
- Pour 6oz. of Curate Passionfruit Kombucha into each glass
- Add 1 tbsp of honey or sweetener of your choice & mix well
- Add desired amount of ice & a dash of sparkling water if you like that extra fizzy feeling
- Garnish your glass with a sliced lemon round & a twig of rosemary & your refreshing summer cocktail is ready to be served!

Very Berry Blueberry Kombucha Mocktail
Serves: 2
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup of fresh blueberries
- ½ inch of fresh ginger or 2 tsp ginger juice
- 1 Orange
- 12 oz. (350ml) Curate Blueberry Kombucha
- 1 tbsp honey or any other sweetener of your choice
- Candied ginger (optional)
- 1 cup ice
Instructions
- Use a peeler to get some strips of orange zest. Add 1-2 strips of this zest to each glass, along with some of the flesh from 1 or 2 orange segments, or squeeze & add 1-2tbsp of fresh orange juice instead
- Divide the fresh ginger or ginger juice between the two glasses. Add 2-3 blueberries to the bottom of each glass. Muddle this mixture well to release the flavours of all the ingredients
- Add a sweetener of your choice to each glass
- Pour Curate Blueberry Kombucha into each glass & give it a good stir
- Top with ice, a round slice of orange to garnish & some candied ginger for that fun start to your summer!
